- Side by Side Therapy is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill an Occupational Therapist (OT) positions in Greater Toronto Area as well as surrounding areas.

York Region: Markham (Thornhill, Unonville) Vaughan (Woodbridge, Maple, Concord) (Oak Ridges, King City,) - Newmaarket, Aurora, East Gwilembery ;
- Wellington-Dufferin (Erin, Shelbourne, Orangeville, Grand Valley, Rockford, Furgus, Elora, Aberfyle, Morriton, Guelph, Arthur, Mount Forest, Palmerston, Drayton, Alma, Morrefield, Harrriston, Clifford
- Halton Region: Burlington, Oakville, Halton Hills, Milton.
- Durham: Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Clarrington.
- Peel Region: Brampton, Mississauga, Calddon
- Brantford, London, Kitchen, Waterloo, Windsor
- Niagara Region: St. Catherines, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Weiland, Grimsby, Lincoln, Phlegm

OTs will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) and their families, in the children’s home delivering the evidence-based intervention.
Responsibilities:
- Providing assessment in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
- Designing a treatment plan using evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
- Actively engaging clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
- Actively engaging in client/family coaching.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention, client’s response, and progress toward goal attainment.
- Providing evidence-based assessment and intervention using SMART goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience with children and teens diagnosed with Autism.
- Proof of current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Proof of professional liability.
- Valid driver’s license.
- ADP authorizer status is an asset.
