Founder and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Lindsey Malc is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 15 years of experience working with autistic kids and their families. A theme in Lindsey’s work has been addressing challenging behaviours. Lindsey is focused on empowering families to address the challenging behaviour of their children. She is devoted to working with the family team to improve the quality of life for both the child and the family. She believes that teaching the parents is one of the best ways to impact the child. When she’s not working Lindsey enjoys crocheting, reading and binge watching tv shows from the early 2000’s.
Tony Lipsey
Psycho-Educational AssessmentsTony has over 20 years experience working in education. He holds a Masters degree in Clinical and Child Psychology as well as a Masters degree in Education. Currently, Tony is the founder of Lipseylearn, a service dedicated to providing affordable psycho-educational assessments to students in the greater Toronto area. Tony has 4 married children of his own and 6 grandchildren. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Shayna, a social worker at the University of Toronto Medical program.
Salimah Halani
Board Certified Behaviour AnalystSalimah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®). She holds a Masters degree in Applied Disability Studies (M.ADS) with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Brock University, and a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology from York University. Salimah is an Ontario Autism Program Clinical Supervisor with extensive clinical experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and other exceptionalities for over 10 years in a variety of settings. Her experience includes conducting functional behavioural and curriculum assessments, planning and overseeing ABA programs, behaviour management, staff training and parent coaching. Salimah’s training and skills also entail Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Focused on enhancing the quality of life of individuals with developmental disability and their families, Salimah is committed to providing effective and evidence-based services to address challenging behaviour and support skill development. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). Outside of work, Salimah enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Jenny Vienneau
Board Certified Behaviour AnalystJenny Vienneau is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 6 years of experience working with children ages 3-18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Jenny is an advocate for community engagement, and working together across disciplines to achieve a more accepting and supportive environment. She believes through ensuring family and caregiver collaboration we can better ensure each individual will learn the skills and knowledge they need to have the best quality of life. Jenny is a true homebody and enjoys crocheting, cooking and her two cats.
Madison Bartley
Senior Therapist (ST) & Clinical CoordinatorMadison has been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2015. With an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology, Madison went on to receive her post-graduate diploma in Behavioural Science. Madison is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Madison obtained her Masters of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is in the process of becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Madison is passionate about making meaningful changes within the lives’ of her clients and their families. Madison has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ABA in mental health settings, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). In her spare time Madison enjoys going to concerts, taking care of her plants, and hanging with her dog.
Tammy Lou
REGISTERED BEHAVIOUR TECHNICIAN (RBT) & SENIOR THERAPIST (ST)Tammy is a Senior Therapist at Side By Side Therapy. She has over 5 years of experience working with children and youth with complex developmental and behavioural challenges. Tammy is passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals, and has a special interest in parent training and anxiety management. She holds additional certifications in ESDM, CBT, and grief and trauma counselling.
Tammy is completing her MPEd in Applied Behaviour Analysis at the University of Western Ontario, and working towards accreditation as a BCBA. When she’s not working, she loves baking, hiking and she’s learning MMA.
Allison Jaeger
Senior TherapistAllison received her post-graduate certification in Behaviour Technology after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Western University. She is currently working towards her BCaBA certification. Allison has several years of experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges and their families. She strongly believes that understanding human experiences builds a strong relationship with anyone she works with. Outside of ABA, Allison enjoys exploring new cuisines at local restaurants and spending the day at the beach.
Nessie Abihsira
Recreation Therapist (RT)Nessie has a passion for fun! She holds a degree in Recreation Therapy from Seneca College. She is devoted to ensuring that all children can grow and learn through play. Nessie has a number of years of experience working with children with special needs as a Rec Therapist, an ABA therapist and a classroom assistant. Nessie loves animals and has a pet rabbit named Einstein.
April Hodgson
RespiteApril Hodgson is a Developmental Services Worker with 7 years of experience working with children living with disabilities. Working as a Respite Worker for many years has allowed her to expand her knowledge and experience. Being co-guardian for her nephew with special needs has made her a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities.
Kathy Chen
Instructor TherapistKathy received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and she is currently working on her Master’s degree of Education in Applied Developmental Psychology and Education from the University of Toronto. She has one year of experience working with children with autistic spectrum disorder. She loves to spend time staying and working with children, and is passionate about improving children’s well-being. Kathy is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. In her free time, Kathy enjoys baking, making handcrafts, and spending time with her friends.
Jennifer Harper
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Jennifer Harper is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with 20 years of experience using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with children on the autism spectrum, and their families, to learn important skills in language and development. Jennifer believes in the research and science behind ABA and how it’s application can help improve the lives and skills of individuals with all abilities. Jennifer has worked with countless families beginning with newly, or not yet, diagnosed toddlers learning to communicate to teens navigating independence. Jennifer encourages families to get involved in ABA therapy with their child to maximize learning, build confidence, and reach the highest potential. Jennifer maintains focus on advocacy, dignity, and quality of life standards for all her clients.

Instructor Therapist - Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT)Stacey went to Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her favourite courses were subjects that were about human development and behaviour. She has been an RBT for over five years and loves seeing her clients achieve their goals. She is currently enjoying life as a newlywed and looking towards pursuing a future in education.
Alexandria Pereira
Instructor Therapist -Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT)Alexandria has worked in the field for one and a half years while completing her undergraduate degree in psychology. Alexandria recently completed her training to be an RBT! She fell in love with a little boy with ASD and decided she wanted to help these children excel and give them better life skills. She loves working with children and using their imagination to have fun. At home, Alex is an avid reader and loves to eat out!
Shagun Jariwala

She has earned an undergraduate degree of Honours Bachelors of Applied Behaviour Analysis from George Brown College. Shagun is passionate about promoting the effectiveness and benefits of ABA in the field of autism. She is truly devoted towards advocating for the rights and well- being of individuals with special needs. Her areas of specializations includes but are not limited to conducting assessments, promoting naturalistic learning environment and incorporating evidence-based procedures while delivering services. When she is not working, she enjoys going on outdoor runs and binge reading mystery books.
Elaine Ho
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Elaine holds a Bachelors of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a minor in Music Education from Queen’s University, ON. Her post-graduate education includes an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from George Brown College, ON. and a Masters in Applied Disability Studies specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2014 and has been active in the field of Autism since 2007 beginning as an Instructor Therapist, ABA Therapist Supervising Therapist and currently as a Clinical Supervisor. has been working with children and adolescents since 2002 in a variety of settings including group homes, youth detention centres, public/private schools, private homes, daycare, government funded agencies under the Ontario Autism program. She also works with youth and adults who have sexually harmed, engaged in in concerning sexualized behaviour, and have experienced different forms of trauma and maltreatment. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, painting, and playing and teaching music to her clients and children.

Instructor TherapistDevanshi is an ambitious Instructor therapist who graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelors of Science in psychology. She has over 5 years of experience working with kids, teens and youth with ASD. She started working in rehabilitation and mental health/addictions centers. Devanshi then expanded her expertise and pursued ABA Therapy. During her free time, Devanshi likes to watch Netflix, spend time with her family and friends and explore new restaurants.
Felicia Cotterell
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Felicia is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been in the field of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) for 7 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Education with a specialization in ABA from Western University. Felicia has experience working in a variety of settings (e.g., treatment centres, in home and schools). Through her work, she has conducted assessments, developed skill acquisition programs, behaviour plans, provided ongoing supervision and staff training. Felicia values the importance of generalizing the effects of therapy across environments, people, materials and across time for long-lasting change. In her free time, Felicia enjoys listening to music, trying unique flavours of ice cream and spending time with family.
Alexandra Sarria
Instructor TherapistAlexandra is currently in her final year of her Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences Program at Humber College. She is currently in the process of becoming a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and has discovered her passion of working with individuals with various disabilities throughout her time studying. Her end goal is to expand her skills in the ABA field and open up her own wellness centre that accommodates individuals from all walks of life.
Samantha Currie
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Samantha holds a Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis degree from The University of Western Ontario and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has experience using evidence-based practices to enhance skills for children and youth with a variety of developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as comorbid mental health diagnoses. Sam has also supported adults with developmental and dual diagnoses in community and supported group living environments, including specializing in the treatment of severe problem behaviour, utilizing Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment. Sam has a passion for caregiver coaching and using Naturalistic Developmental Behaviour Interventions to promote generalization and capacity in all settings. In her spare time, Sam can be found spending time with her family and enjoys skiing, hiking, playing basketball and soccer.
