Lindsey Malc

Founder and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Lindsey Malc is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 15 years of experience working with autistic kids and their families. A theme in Lindsey’s work has been addressing challenging behaviours. Lindsey is focused on empowering families to address the challenging behaviour of their children. She is devoted to working with the family team to improve the quality of life for both the child and the family. She believes that teaching the parents is one of the best ways to impact the child. When she’s not working Lindsey enjoys crocheting, reading and binge watching tv shows from the early 2000’s.


Madison Bartley

Senior Therapist (ST) & Clinical Coordinator

Madison has been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2015. With an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology, Madison went on to receive her post-graduate diploma in Behavioural Science. Madison is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Madison obtained her Masters of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is in the process of becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Madison is passionate about making meaningful changes within the lives’ of her clients and their families. Madison has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ABA in mental health settings, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). In her spare time Madison enjoys going to concerts, taking care of her plants, and hanging with her dog.


Marci McCluskey

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Marci has been providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families for more than 20 years both in Canada and the United States. She is devoted to educating families about ABA and helping them work together with professionals to improve the quality of life for themselves and their children. Marci is also passionate about helping to increase access to quality services in under served or remote communities, like her home town of Thunder Bay. When she isn’t working Marci enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking yummy treats for family and friends.


Hamzah Malak

Registered Behaviour Technician & Senior Therapist

Hamzah has four years of experience in the field of ABA, and he is committed to the progress of his clients and their families. He has worked with children and youth in home, community, and centre-based settings. Hamzah also holds additional certifications in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). He is currently completing his MSc in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University Global and working towards his BCBA accreditation. When he isn’t working, he is an avid reader and hiker, enjoys video games and movies, and is a lifelong boxing and Muay Thai practitioner.


Kirsten Gottschalk

Speech-Language Pathologist (SL-P)

Kirsten received her Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science of Language from McMaster University, and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western University. Kirsten is trained in PECS, PROMPT, K-SLP, and Hanen’s It Takes Two to Talk. Kirsten is a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist, who focuses on providing family-centred and evidence-based services. She ensures that every child receives an individualized and engaging approach. Before becoming a speech-language pathologist, Kirsten worked as an instructor therapist, a behavioural support worker, and a respite worker. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys travelling and exploring new places with her two dogs. She also volunteers to coach basketball, soccer, and skating, and enjoys looking for new ways to be involved in the community.


Pelin Eraktan

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Pelin earned her master’s degree from Brock University in April 2015 and became a Board Ceritified Behaviour Analyst in February 2017.

Pelin started in the field of developmental disabilities in 2000 and has extensive experience in behavioural assessments and developing treatment plans utilizing principles of applied behaviour analysis(ABA). She has provided behavioural analytic services to a broad range of clients with different ages with varying degree of needs in various settings including community-based settings and centres. A strong believer in the power of interdisciplinary team work, Pelin regularly makes the effort to bring professionals from other disciplines and the family together to contribute in the development of evidence-based treatment plans.

Pelin holds advanced level Early Start Denver Model(ESDM) certificate and is currently completing the training on the Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK) relational training system. Her clinical interests include verbal behaviour, incorporating naturalistic teaching strategies with discrete teaching trials, and reduction of challenging behaviours. On a personal note, Pelin can be found enjoying themed yoga classes if she is not exploring parks and trails with her two very active kids.


Kristy Lakin

Instructor Therapist and Senior Therapist

Kristy Lakin is a hardworking individual with 4 years of experience providing ABA therapy to young children. In 2020 she graduated from Western University with a Master of Professional Education, specializing in ABA. She is currently working towards becoming board certified. Kristy is very enthusiastic about helping children improve their language and social skills while decreasing problem behaviour. She has a keen interest in empowering parents and encouraging their involvement in their children’s therapy. Kristy is also very passionate about ensuring her clients are having fun while they work on meaningful, developmentally appropriate goals. When she has spare time, Kristy enjoys painting and playing video games.


Lisa Permaul

Instructor Therapist

Lisa is a graduate of Humber College in Honours, with a Child and Youth Work diploma. She has 4 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum with various age groups and diagnosis. She is very passionate about helping others develop new life skills and creating meaningful rapport with the children she works with. During her personal time, she loves exploring new hobbies and spending quality time with family.


Caitlin Iaboni

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Caitlin is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the field of behaviour analysis since 2013. She received a Master’s degree from Brock University in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Caitlin is passionate about using evidence-based practices to promote skill development, independence, and bring meaningful behaviour change that is functional and increases quality of life for her clients and their families. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, early intensive behavioural intervention, social and group readiness skills, communication, and caregiver and teacher training. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys exploring the city, visiting parks, spending time with family, travelling, and dining on local cuisine.


Kerry Spellman

Instructor Therapist and Respite

Kerry is passionate about the science of applied behaviour analysis and has seen the positive outcomes it brings to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Kerry always brings enthusiasm and fun to the work that she does. Kerry is committed to self-improvement and continuous education within the field. She is currently pursuing her Developmental Service Worker diploma and Registered Behaviour Technician designation. Kerry has classroom experience working with individuals 4 – 20 years of age diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Providing academic, behaviour, and social support to students with varying abilities. Kerry has employed ABA strategies both in the classroom and in a residential setting for over 2 years.


Nessie Abihsira

Recreation Therapist (RT)

Nessie has a passion for fun! She holds a degree in Recreation Therapy from Seneca College. She is devoted to ensuring that all children can grow and learn through play. Nessie has a number of years of experience working with children with special needs as a Rec Therapist, an ABA therapist and a classroom assistant. Nessie loves animals and has a pet rabbit named Einstein.


Jenny Vienneau

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Jenny Vienneau is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 6 years of experience working with children ages 3-18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Jenny is an advocate for community engagement, and working together across disciplines to achieve a more accepting and supportive environment. She believes through ensuring family and caregiver collaboration we can better ensure each individual will learn the skills and knowledge they need to have the best quality of life. Jenny is a true homebody and enjoys crocheting, cooking and her two cats.


Hanan Kulmiye

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Hanan Kulmiye is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over eight years of professional experience working with families and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, dual diagnoses and comorbid mental health conditions. Hanan possess specialized experience in comprehensive early intervention, focused youth & adult supports and services, practical functional assessment, behaviour skills training and family-centered approaches to ABA intervention. Professionally, Hanan is interested in consistency of service provision across the lifespan for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. In her spare time, Hanan enjoys travelling, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and spending time outdoors with family & friends.


Tania Mellow

Instructor Therapist

Tania is an ABA/IBI therapist with over 20 years of extensive experience working independently and in multi-disciplinary teams with both children and adults with ASD. She specializes in helping to create and implement programs in the areas of social skills, communication, speech as well as life skills development and behaviour management strategies. She takes pride working with children, coaching families and teachers, in effort to increase their level of independence and confidence in both educational and community settings.


Samiha Ahmed

Instructor Therapist

Samiha is a devoted instructor therapist that graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The courses she took in child psychology and disability studies led her to the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Since then, she has dedicated her time to working in treatment and development centres for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She finds fulfilment in seeing children with ASD and their families reach meaningful goals, and is determined to help them improve their quality of life. Samiha is currently working towards her Registered Behaviour Technician certificate and aspires to continue growing in this field.


Regan Xu

Instructor Therapist

Regan has been working in the field of ABA for the last two and a half years and loves using his experience to help empower his clients to be the best version of themselves every single day. He studied psychology at the University of Guelph, has undergone formal training in ABA and Floortime, and is currently working towards his RBT certification. His favourite parts of the job are having fun with his clients and helping them become more independent. In his free time, Regan likes going on walks, watching sports, and playing with his pet cat, Bojji!


Cindy Nash

Instructor Therapist

Cindy has many years of experience as a Child and Youth Worker, Instructor Therapist and Educational Assistant, after achieving her Autism and Behaviour Sciences from Seneca and Child and Youth Worker education from Mohawk. Cindy enjoys using a naturalistic and life experience based approach to early intervention with autistic children while embedding ABA teaching principles. She is a parent of 2 and enjoys quality time with her family, creating art, reading and listening to music.


Yasamin Kazemzadeh

Instructor Therapist and Registered Behaviour Technician

Yasamin has been graduated from Durham College in Behavioural Sciences and has a Master of Educational Psychology. Yasamin has over 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD and almost 5 years working with children in general. She is so passionate to work with children and teach them to improve the quality of their lives, can stand by themselves and fulfill the areas of their needs and interests. Yasamin is always looking for achieving her goals and gaining ongoing experience and increasing her knowledge throughout her life. Other than her work and studies, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with her family and friends and discovering new places.


Nehal Siam

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Nehal is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 6 years of experience in the field of applied behaviour analysis. Her background involves working with children and adults. She has experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, and neuro-cognitive disorders. She has a special interest in treating complex challenging behaviours as well as mediator education and training. She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. Outside of ABA, Nehal enjoys all things fitness, traveling, reading, and baking.


Cecilia Smith

Cecilia is an Instructor Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with autism and other developmental disorders. Her style of teaching and programming is rooted in functionality with a strong belief in improving a client’s independence.

Cecilia genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in seeing students acquire new skills and improve their quality of life.

Cecilia is currently completing her Master of Science in Psychology at Purdue University, with the intention of becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). With this training combined with her diploma in Early Childhood Education she hopes to be able to continue to equip herself with more skills to best serve the neurodivergent community.


Eileen Lau

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Eileen holds a Master degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Liverpool in UK and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Eileen has worked with children from 2 to 18 years old in a variety of settings: school, centre-based and home-based intervention. She is devoted to keeping up to date with Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is a Certified Provider in UCLA PEERS for Adolescents, and a Level 2 Practical Functional/ Skill-Based Training credentialed professional. Eileen is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. In her free time, Eileen enjoys learning new skills and languages. She has foundational knowledge of Japanese, and is currently learning Portuguese.


Bianca De La Rosa

Instructor Therapist

A passionate and creative behaviour therapist that attended Seneca College and Graduated from the Behavioural Science program. She has worked at Drewry Secondary School with adolescents who have developmental delays. Bianca is very dedicated to help children with special needs reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Bianca loves to spend time with her child, go for walks in nature, and has a passion for art / painting


Allison Jaeger

Senior Therapist

Allison received her post-graduate certification in Behaviour Technology after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Western University. She is currently working towards her BCaBA certification. Allison has several years of experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges and their families. She strongly believes that understanding human experiences builds a strong relationship with anyone she works with. Outside of ABA, Allison enjoys exploring new cuisines at local restaurants and spending the day at the beach.


Salimah Halani

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Salimah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®). She holds a Masters degree in Applied Disability Studies (M.ADS) with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Brock University, and a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology from York University. Salimah is an Ontario Autism Program Clinical Supervisor with extensive clinical experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and other exceptionalities for over 10 years in a variety of settings. Her experience includes conducting functional behavioural and curriculum assessments, planning and overseeing ABA programs, behaviour management, staff training and parent coaching. Salimah’s training and skills also entail Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Focused on enhancing the quality of life of individuals with developmental disability and their families, Salimah is committed to providing effective and evidence-based services to address challenging behaviour and support skill development. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). Outside of work, Salimah enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.


Lara Sacks

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Lara is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been teaching children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities in the ABA field since 2008. She completed her Master’s degree at Brock University in Applied Disability Studies, with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is passionate about using effective teaching strategies with her clients, but also finding new and creative ways to help her clients learn important life skills. She brings compassion and kindness to her clinical work, connecting with each family and individual to serve them best. In her spare time, Lara is busy with her 2 young children, taking her dog for walks, and teaching or practicing yoga whenever she gets the chance.


April Hodgson


April Hodgson is a Developmental Services Worker with 7 years of experience working with children living with disabilities. Working as a Respite Worker for many years has allowed her to expand her knowledge and experience. Being co-guardian for her nephew with special needs has made her a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities.  


Mackenzie Fahie

Instructor Therapist

Mackenzie is a Registered Behaviour Technician and has an Honours Bachelor of Science with a Psychology Specialist from the University of Toronto. She has years of experience working with children as a camp counsellor, circus coach, and instructor therapist for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She loves getting to know new families and is passionate about helping kids learn in ways that work best for them. Mackenzie has a very positive, energetic and caring personality and loves to put a smile on everyone’s face. Outside of work she enjoys dragon boating, hiking and camping, fitness training and playing board games.


Gajathree Ananthathurai

Gajathree (Gaja) is a dedicated instructor therapist with 2+ years of experience and RBT certification. She is currently a Masters of Social Work student at the University of Toronto with an interest in supporting children with special needs and their families.


Harnoor Grewal

Instructor Therapist

Harnoor Grewal is a graduate student at Brock University. She is currently completing a Master of Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. Harnoor recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley. She worked as a Behavior Interventionist for 3 years where she assisted with the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, focusing specifically on autism treatment programs. Harnoor hopes to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst post-graduation and is extremely passionate about ABA. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
