Many autistic children have a difficult time learning social skills from the environment. These children require direct intervention and specific programming to ensure that they master these skills.

Our team of therapists will work with your child to develop the following skills:

  • Eye Contact
  • Greetings
  • Initiating Conversations
  • Developing Friendships
  • Good Sportsmanship
  • Accepting and Giving Compliments
  • Building Empathy
  • Problem Solving and Teamwork

Friendships are so important. Help your child achieve meaningful and lasting friendships with social skills training.

Social skills training can be done by either a Behaviour Therapist, a Speech-Language Pathologist or an Occupational Therapist.
